Seth Sandler, Chief Executive Officer
Seth is Superior’s CEO. He built and launched the company in early 2018 and leads the team’s overall operations, sales and recruiting, and superior customer service initiatives. His 15-year staffing career is distinguished by experience as a senior leader at skilled trade staffing companies across the country, often in turnaround and start-up roles. Seth is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
Seth Adams, Finance Manager
Seth Adams leads the finance team at Superior Skilled Trades and oversees payroll, billing and payables. He is also responsible for various accounting, state compliance and tax functions in the company to ensure accurate reporting. Seth has been with the company almost from its inception, starting with payroll and has grown with the company. Prior to SST, Seth spent 5 years in various finance and accounting roles in the utility and IT industries. Seth has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Utah.
Aaron Mason, Director of Sales
Aaron is a highly experienced national construction staffing account executive with over 14 years’ experience specializing in skilled trades verticals. Aaron has worked for several large national construction staffing companies and has been a top salesperson and sales leader in each position he held. Aaron is highly experienced supporting construction companies within the industrial, power, commercial, and renewable energy sectors nationally. Aaron is an avid fisherman and hunter and enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children.
Nick Boardman, Director of Operations
Nick joins us after a 10 year career in the staffing industry followed by an 8 year career in the Aerospace industry as a Launch Engineer. Nick went to University in Liverpool for Engineering (Home of the Beatles) and is originally from Manchester U.K. Nick’s goal is to provide the best workforce, service to his customers! Outside of work Nick enjoys cycling, travel, flying drones and real estate.
Cristen Causey, HR Generalist
Cristen has two bachelor’s degrees, one in Organizational Management with a focus on Human Resources and one in Interior Design. She has a strong background in higher education as an advisor/recruiter for career and technical programs. She is pursuing a master’s degree at Webster University for Human Resources.
